The ABC of how to counteract heavy metals

The ill effects of heavy metals are more pronounced in those who have compromised nutritional status. Their system is often too acidic as well.  Organic whole food diet rich in alkali producing foods such as vegetables, coupled with  a comprehensive supplementation program (Ondrox, Bio-Chelat, etc) can to boost your body’s defences against these toxic substances. Foods which are good at getting rid of heavy metals include legumes (lentils, chickpeas and all the dried beans), garlic, and apples stewed with their pips (which contain pectin).

If you’ve been exposed to heavy metals in the past or if you think you’re still being exposed now, you may want to increase your vitamin C (in dosages at the higher end of our recommended range) and extra selenium, zinc and garlic. This will give your body the best chance of dealing with the toxic metals, you must also avoid exposure to them as well.

If you are really concerned about exposure, screening test kits are available to detect the presence of heavy metals in urine. Although this test provides limited information on the degree of contamination and by which metals, it can be useful to indicate whether there is a problem or not (and when it has been resolved). If this test is positive you may want further information so you can identify and exclude sources of contamination. The best test for this purpose is the Heavy Metal Screen Test

Sweet Almond Oil as ingredient of Breasto-D

Although it’s the combination of the ingredients in the formula that works the best when we talk about the Breasto-D oil, let’s try to focus on its individual ingredients as well. One of the ingredients in this oil formula for the breast care and conditioning is the sweet almond oil (or the oil of Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis).

In Indian subcontinent and many other countries around the world where traditional herbal cosmetics based on the formulas of Unani Medicine or Ayurveda are used by women to maintain and improve the youthful appearance of their breasts, the sweet almond oil is one of the key ingredients used.

The sweet almond oil really pampers the skin! It is an outstanding emollient and moisturizer that soothes and conditions the skin, makes it firmer, smoother and silkier to touch at the same time. Its effects on the breast skin can be compared to the effect of natural oil secreted by the skin glands of babies. The sweet almond oil acts in a similar to the way the natural baby ski…

OzonRelive Olive Oils for skin

A real beauty is born from Oxygen!
The ozone is a gas composed of three atoms of oxygen. When properly used in right doses, it becomes very beneficial to human beings as it leads to bountiful supply of oxygen to the cells!

To ozonize olive oil, the ozone is directly passed through it, with a known concentration and for a set time, leading to formation of ozone bubbles in it. With oxidative effects on the lipid chains of the olive oil, it changes to oxygen, and stays there.
The ozonization reduces the triglyceride contents of olive oil from 97 percent to 60 percent. And the oxidation of the remaining triglycerides leads to creation of many minor constituents with high beneficial biological
activity.

Ancient remedy, new technology

Olive oil has been considered a cosmetic with a variety of beneficial properties since times immemorial. From the Pharaohs of Egypt's to the Greek Olympians and ancient Romans all considered it as “the fountain of youth”. It has always been used as natura…
